Dans la s\u00e9rie l’Eurasienne – in\u00e9dit.<\/em><\/p>\n

Il faut monter tout en haut d’un immeuble, dans les vieux quartiers de la ville. Trouver son chemin, la bonne rue, l’entr\u00e9e, attendre l’ascensceur. Et puis… arriv\u00e9 en haut, au dernier \u00e9tage, c’est le petit miracle \u00e0 la stambouliote qui offre une vue superbe sur la ville allum\u00e9e dans la nuit. Beaucoup se battraient pour la table en terrasse, au plus pr\u00e8s du vertige de la m\u00e9gapole.<\/p>\n

Pas moi. Je ne suis pas l\u00e0 pour \u00e7a. La vue n’est qu’un bonus, agr\u00e9able en d\u00e9but et fin de soir\u00e9e. Pendant le repas, cela ne ferait que me distraire. Non, le vrai but de la visite, c’est le d\u00eener. Ou m\u00eame, un plat. Un seul. Tout simple. Des boulettes \u00e0 la viande.<\/p>\n

\"\"Ou peut-\u00eatre faudrait-il dire LES Boulettes \u00e0 la Viande, avec des majuscules partout et d\u00e9j\u00e0 la salive qui monte \u00e0 la bouche. C’est qu’il y a un secret : ces boulettes de viande sont agr\u00e9ment\u00e9es de pistaches ! Et cela change absolument tout. Il s’agit d’une sublimation du plat sinon ordinaire, d’une \u00e9vocation de l’essence-m\u00eame de cette recette familiale ancestrale.<\/p>\n

Il faut l’avouer : c’est une r\u00e9v\u00e9lation dont on ne se remet jamais vraiment. Il y a un avant et un apr\u00e8s. Istanbul, des go\u00fbts et ses merveilles !<\/p>\n
