Depuis son occupation par des troupes \u00e9trang\u00e8res au moment de la chute de l\u2019empire ottoman, les autorit\u00e9s ont jug\u00e9 plus strat\u00e9gique d\u2019installer une nouvelle capitale au <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">c\u0153ur<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> du pays, en Anatolie.<br \/>\nIl n\u2019emp\u00eache, en bien des points Istanbul continue <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00e0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> offrir le visage rayonnant d\u2019une capitale \u00e9conomique, culturelle, commerciale et intellectuelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\"><br \/>\nL\u2019<\/span><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.idobale.com\/indexen.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">op\u00e9ra d\u2019Istanbul<\/span><\/a><\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> , aussi appel\u00e9 centre culturel Ataturk, programme un certain nombre de spectacles par an. Il y a les classiques, qui restent <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00e0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> l\u2019affiche d\u2019une saison <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00e0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> l\u2019autre, il y a les nouvelles programmations attendues <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00e0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> chaque rentr\u00e9e. Et puis il y a les petits tr\u00e9sors inattendus. Un Bellisario au d\u00e9cor tellement sobre qu\u2019il n\u2019en fait pas oublier les chants, aux chants tellement justes qu\u2019ils n\u2019en font pas oublier l\u2019histoire \u2026<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Parfois on aime, parfois moins, un musicien rep\u00e9rera quelques erreurs, certains costumes sont tellement travaill\u00e9s qu\u2019ils \u00e9garent l\u2019essentiel \u2026 mais \u2026 mais on y va, on essa<\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">i<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\">e, on y retourne.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"en-GB\" align=\"justify\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">Car cette culture ailleurs \u00e9litiste <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00e0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> outrance ici s\u2019ouvre, s\u2019offre. <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">Soyons<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> direct : une place d\u2019op\u00e9ra en balcon co\u00fbte <\/span><span lang=\"es-ES\">\u00e0<\/span><span lang=\"fr-FR\"> Istanbul moins cher qu\u2019une place de cin\u00e9ma, une place en parterre a peine plus. Voici ce que j\u2019appelle une politique culturelle digne de ce nom. La culture n\u2019est pas un luxe. <\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"fr-FR\" align=\"justify\">31 mai 2006<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i>NDLR : Fin 2009 la r\u00e9novation du b\u00e2timent a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9e. Le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 stopp\u00e9 en 2013. Les locaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 occup\u00e9s par les protestataires contre le gouvernement, puis ont \u00e9t\u00e9 transform\u00e9s en centre logistique pour la police. Pill\u00e9s en 2015, d\u00e9molis en 2018.<\/i><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><i>Le nouveau centre culturel est \u00e0 peine commenc\u00e9 en 2019, ne devrait pas ouvrir avant 2021.
